Experienced people, single accountability
Our project teams combine senior management, project managers, estimators, administrative and safety staff, and highly qualified field crews - some with the company for over 27 years. We function as your single point of accountability, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and transparent, open-book processes that deliver projects on time and on budget.
Gary Greenough
Oversees all operations and every facet of each project and the teams assigned to them. Maintains consistent communication and commitment with clients, holds quality-control measures to each project's specific requirements to keep them on schedule and on budget, and ensures a high standard of safety is met and exceeded.
Angelo Martorana
Oversees projects from start to finish as the central point of accountability for their success. Creates detailed schedules, manages budgets to prevent cost overruns, and coordinates subcontractors and materials. Also handles permits, enforces safety regulations, and provides regular updates to clients.
Kay McLeod
The link between field operations, administration and personnel. Manages OH&S safety training and certifications, recruitment and onboarding, document control (drawings, permits) and bid support - and oversees safety protocols, audits and compliance to protect workers and reduce on-site risk.
